A BIT ABOUT ME
I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in June 2018 alongside working full time in administration and training myself in the gym 5-6 times a week. I've always had a huge passion for everything fitness and I'm so excited to finally be able to share everything I've learnt with you through affordable fitness guides :D.
